He asks that Seward minute his opinion on the procedure to be adopted regarding this paper. He will forward the manuscript if Seward wishes to see it again.
A postscript notes that Stopes is away from England, possibly in Japan, and he wonders if Watson is competant to undertake revision of the paper. |
