DescriptionLarmor, at the request of the Observatories Committee of the Royal Society, informs the Government of India that Professor Arthur Schuster, one of their members, intends to make a lengthened stay in India in the winter, and will visit some of the observatories and other scientific institutions, and they request that facilitities be granted to him in this connection.
