DescriptionAt the request of Francis Darwin, Chairman of the Indian Government Advisory Committee, he asks if Holderness could be present at their meeting on Monday at 3pm. Matters for discussion include a memorandum from a member of the Committee enquiring about the nature of reports which the Committee should make upon the documents submitted to them by the India Office.
