DescriptionLarmor has read through most of 'this' again and [unsure] whether is would be considered printable for the publications of the Royal Society, which do not contain much [speculative] physics of this kind. The communication of the paper must be through a Fellow of the Society. Larmor returns the manuscript sent herewith. The pencil marks were for the printers and can be ignored.
