TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lieutenant Colonel David Prain, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date5 November 1908
DescriptionRecently Prain sent in a minute of a matter to which he desired to call attention to at the next meeting of the Indian Advisory Committee. If he would like a meeting called, it would be quicker if he would write to say so. Harrison has no initiative in the matter, and as their is no fixed Chairman it appears any member can call a meeting. All the papers received for the Committee are already in their hands, so perhaps Prain will glance over them and judge whether they render a meeting of the Committee desirable.

Any consideration by the Committee for the Scheme of Work for 1908-9 can hardly be more than a matter of form, since the Scheme must already be in operation. It is not received here in time to enable it to receive consideration before the beginning of the year for which it is prepared.
