TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr Henry Head, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date13 November 1908
DescriptionHarrison acknowledges letter of yesterday enclosing a cheque for a guest's ticket for the Dinner. The practice as to replying to the toast of the Medalists at the Dinner has varied from time to time. Sometimes one or two Medalists have been called to speak for all, while at other times each Medalist has been asked to respond. It is in the hands of a small Committee which settles the toasts, but Head will be informed in good time if he is likely to be called upon.
