DescriptionHarrison is sending two batches of the Royal Society's old books for repair or rebinding and two new volumes of the Philosophical Transactions for binding. The sketch for the Book Stamp has been approved and Harrison suggests it be used on all the Philosophical Transactions volumes he is sending. Harrison makes some suggestions about where the label should be placed and stresses the importance of taking care with the irreplaceable journal book.
