Description'Dear Sir,
In answer to your enquiry of the 4th. inst., I beg to inform you that the Reports of the Meteorological Council are not published by the Royal Society, but by the Stationery Office. The Reports are annual and are usually priced about one chilling and sixpence. Whether they contain the material you want I cannot say, but as they are drawn up at the Meteorological Officer (63 Victoria Street) I should advise you to address the Director, who will give you all information as to prices and contents of the various Reports which you may require.'
