TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Radcliffe Observer [Edward James Stone], Radcliffe Observatory, Oxford
Date12 February 1890
DescriptionIn looking through a number of old manuscripts in order to complete the Royal Society's catalogue, they have recently found a series of astronomical observations made at the Radcliffe observatory 1815-1838 which appear to be unpublished. The Library Committee have decided to bind and preserve them unless they find the Observatory has no copy in which case they will recommend to the Council that they are presented as a gift. Rix asks if the Observatory has a copy and if not, whether it would be of use.
