Description | Rix encloses herewith a copy of the statutes [not attached] from which Foster will see it is necessary to proceed as in the Anniversary election, and therefore to send out a balloting sheet to every Fellow a week before. Rix has sent to the printer to say they must keep a man this afternoon and let Foster and the President each have a proof of a balloting paper which Rix has drawn up. This will be in Foster's hands tomorrow and Rix asks that it be approved or altered by Monday. The summons and balloting paper can be separated into two documents if Foster prefers. Rix notes there is no precedent, they have searched through a century. |
