DescriptionProfessor A H Green of Oxford applies for leave to use the illustrations at pages, six, 24 and 82 of the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', Vol XLIV, number 266 which belong to one of Lockyer's papers. The President and Council have granted the request subject to Lockeyer's consent and Rix asks if Lockyer will allow Green to use them in his book with due acknowledgement.
