DescriptionDr [Michael] Foster wishes Rix to send Stokes word what vote was passed in the Committee of papers about Lockyer's paper. It was simply passed for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', but this was before it was read. Rix asks for the answer to Sir Friedrich von Müller's question marked in blue on the enclosed letter [not attached].
