DescriptionEvans may want the enclosed list whilst he is away from London but he strongly recommends leaving Miss Chambers to herself for six weeks and making no appointments until he returns. Rix lists the following as recommended for revise with some indication of their language skills, ages and addressed; Miss Olive Dymond recommended by Mrs Pease; Miss Borthwick recommended by by Miss Collings; Mrs Cope recommended by Lady Frederick Cavendish; Mrs Huggins recommends a Danish lady. Rix lists as recommended for copyists: Ellen Chapman, sister of the Society's library assistant; Mary Wight who refers to Benjamin Williamson FRS and others; and Louisa Burfield. Mrs Huggins also suggest applying to Miss Faithful who trains girls as law copyists.
