| Description | Rix today heard from Dr Hugo Muller that he is leaving town in the middle of August and will not return until 20 September. If Evans is to be at home Muller thinks the cheque-book of the Lawes Trust ought to be left with him as Dr Gilbert may require cheques for the laboratory expenses. Mr [William Turner Thiselton] Dyer was away from his office all yesterday and regrets that he was not able to meet Evans. Dyer is coming to the Society this morning. |
