TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr Dawson Turner, 37 George Square, Edinburgh
Date9 June 1909
Description'Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter to Prof [Joseph] Larmor, who has sent it on here, suggesting an experimental exhibit at the Soiree with the spark gap of an induction coil, the Officers regret that on this occasion they cannot avail themselves of your offer, in view of a greatly extended invitations list, which is to include a large number of special foreign guests. On this account it has been found necessary to limit the programme of exhibits.'
