Description'Dear Sir,
As requested in your letter of yesterday, we will give Mr Walter Stott all facilities for working in the Library next month, but will you be kind enough to inform him that we close then at 4 o'clock instead of 6, and that as we are also them short-handed on account of the holidays curtailed. I take the opportunity of enclosing a copy of our Library Regulations which perhaps you will kindly hand to Mr Stott.'
