DescriptionUnder the Statutes a certificate may only be re-suspended upon the written request of one of the Fellows signing the certificate, and as Beddard is not one of the signatories of Mr Plimmer's certificate, Harrison cannot order it to be resuspended. It is valid for the 1910 election only if the request for re-suspension is received before 16 December, upon which date the certificate will lapse.
