Sir William Huggins reports:
"I think it should be published in the Proceedings [of the Royal Society] it would be following by Prof Dyson's important criticisms, which he says he is willing to put in the form of a short paper".
Sir Joseph Larmor's minute referring the paper to Sir William Huggins is sent herewith for information.'
