DescriptionHarrison is not sure whether Joseph Larmor has written to Higgins with regards to Higgins' kind offer to present the Royal Society with 100 copies of his book. In case Higgins has not received an official communication, Harrison is authorized by the President to accept the gift gratefully. Harrison writes that the distribution of the book will be put in hand.
