Description'Dear Sir,
I much regret the delay in replying to your note of the 8th inst[ant regarding the communication of your Paper to the Royal Society.
The first step to take is to find a Fellow of the Society willing to communicate you paper, as, according to Statute, no Paper is received by the Society unless it be communicated by a Fellow.
The Paper, once accepted, must take its course in accordance with the Procedure laid down by Statute.'
