Professor [William Mitchinson] Hicks has returned Hatfield's paper which has been modified to meet the criticisms of the referee. Hicks also reports favourably on Dr Havelock's paper, but Dr Arthur Schuster will not be back in the country in time to be second referee, so Larmor will have to give further instructions. |
