DescriptionA letter must be written to the India Office on behalf of Captain Mackie similar to the one already addressed to the War Office on behalf of Captains Hamerton and Bateman, but Harrison is not so well furnished with the particulars of Mackie's services. Requests Bruce send a note of when Mackie came to Uganda, when he left, and what were the terms of his service.
