DescriptionInasmuch as Council gave permission for him to copy original documents for the purpose of the International Edition of the Works of Leibnitz, the matter need not come before them again, but their sanction may be taken for granted. Instructs him to give notice when he proposes to make the copies he desires. Presumes he will make his own arrangements for photographs.
