TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Miss H Chambers MD
Date12 May 1911
Description'I have the pleasure to inform you that, acting under the Standing Orders of Council relating to publications, the Secretaries have marked the paper by yourself and Dr Russ on "The action of radium radiations upon some of the main constituents of normal blood" as suitable for publication in the "Proceedings [of the Royal Society]", and have authorised me to set it up in type accordingly. A proof will be submitted to you as soon as it is received from the printers.
I am directed to suggest that the paper might be improved by the addition of a "Summary of Conclusions" at the end. If you are prepared to furnish this summary it might also serve as the Meeting Abstract asked for on the enclosed form; you will, however, observe that the Meeting Abstract should not exceed 300 words in length.'
