Description'In reply to your letter of the 24th instant relating to the Epidiascope which Mr Beilby is kindly presenting to the Royal Society, I think it will be well if you will deliver the instrument here as early as possible next week.
At the same time I shall be much obliged by your arranging for an assistant who is familiar with the instrument to come down, by appointment, and supervise the unpacking, and to consult with me as to its emplacement in the meeting room.'
