Description'I beg to acknowledge your letter of the 6th instant and the negative of the portrait of the late Sir William Huggins, which you have been so good as to lend the Royal Society for reproduction in our Proceedings.
I beg you to accept our best thanks for your courtesy throughout this matter and have given instructions for the greatest car to be taken of the negative.'
