| Description | 'In connection with the new edition of the Record of the Royal Society, which is being prepared, I am anxious to obtain a copy of the new warrant for the Board of Visitors of the Royal Observatory, which has presumably been issued on the accession of King George.
In the last edition we had the warrant issued by King Edward in the first year of his reign, and we should like to substitute the new one if it is out. If you can send me a copy or tell me where I can get one I shall be much obliged.' |
