Description'I have to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yesterday which will be laid before the Council at their meeting next month.
The regulations for administering the Government Publication Grant provide that in the ordinary course no application shall be taken into consideration except at the meetings of Council held in January and July, and as the January meeting was held a few days ago I am afraid no decision with regard to your application can be arrived at until the latter date.'
