Description | Harrison is very sorry that Lady Rucker should have been kept waiting as long for the supply she asked for of the copies of the obituary notice of Prof Markelyne. As Harrison inform Sir Arthur the 50 copies she asked for were ordered immediately upon receipt of her request for them, and Harrison trusted they had reached her from the printers long before now. On enquiry at the printers however, they tell Harrison that the striking off of them was delayed for the number of Proceedings in which the notice was published. Harrison confesses he sees this as a rather poor excuse; but then assure him that the copies have been sent off. |
