TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Sir G [George] H [Howard] Darwin, KCB, FRS
Date1 April 1912
Description'Your letter of the 28th reached us after the meeting of the Soiree Committee, which was held on Wednesday; but an application from Mr Roberts was before the Committee, and having regard to all the circumstances - the bulky nature of the proposed exhibit and the expense that would have been involved in transporting it - they thought it better not to include it in their programme for May.'
