| Description | 'Report of the Sleeping Sickness Commission of the Royal Society.
Adverting to my letter of 7 April 1911, and previous correspondence, I beg to inform you that I am sending you a parcel of paper for publication as No XII in the Series of Report above mentioned.
I enclose a summaries list of the contents of this Report. which consists of 16 articles, many of which have already been published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society. The material may make about 200 pages, with probably 28 lithograph plates, according to the planning. Of these only two will be coloured. Particulars as to these and other illustrations are indicated on the respective articles.
As before I shall be glad to be of any service in supervising the editing and proofs for correction will be read here. It would probably be well if a representative from you office conferred with us here on the various question of detail arising, especially in [connexion] with the reproduction of the illustrations.' |
