DescriptionTheir quotation of two guineas a head for a dinner, on the basis of the menu submitted by them is accepted on the condition that the price includes all expenses, attendance, the serving of the dinner, table decorations and cigars and cigarettes. Also that they undertake the cloak room arrangements with no charge beyond that of a small gratuity, and that they provide an awning outside. The floor of the Guildhall is to be laid down. Nothing has been decided on the toast-master.
