DescriptionAs their statement of the transactions regarding the tower ladder does not accord with Harrison's record of the facts, he has no choice but to submit the whole case to the Treasurer of the Royal Society, and his decision will be acted upon. Harrison cannot take responsibility of passing for payment a bill which he considers to not meet the order given.
