| Description | Regarding his correction of the Council Minute relating to the National Physical Laboratory letter about charging fees for Government work, Harrison finds on reference to that document, confirmed by Dr [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook over the telephone, that the letter before the Council was not a draft but a copy of the letter which had been despatched to the Treasury, so Harrison has left the minute as it stood in the proof, that being copied from his own draft minute in pencil written on the letter.
Has left out an alteration of wording in a sentence, as it was practically a repetition of a previous one. |
