| Description | Harrison has Southwell's letter of the 13th and is returning the manuscript of his paper for him to consider in the light of the remarks. Those remarks were merely send as suggestions, official on behalf of the Sectional Committee. Southwell's questions with regard to the personality of the referees needs no reply as it is purely a matter between the Committee and the referees.
Any material alteration of additions to the text should be dated. Professor Love has not seen the remarks but there is no objection to Southwell consulting him upon them. |
