DescriptionHarrison has received a letter from the Russian Embassy which purports to be a letter of recommendation for Turner to the Customs Authorities at Vierjbolovo (Wierballen) on the Russian frontier. A similar letter for three other delegates who travel together in advance of Turner has been given to Professor [Arthur] Schuster's charge. Assumes Turner has a passport, Schuster is busy about his. They have to be vise at the Russian Consulate. Harrison can get this done for Turner if he is having difficulties sending into the city..
