|Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society
|23 March 1891
|Rix notes that he has received Evans' note, and has sent the deeds on to Few & Company. He asks that Evans sign and return the enclosed cheque for 14 pounds and five shillings, as the amount which their donations to the foreign testimonials together with the commissions on post-office orders will come to. Dr Geikie is writing the letters, and the post-office orders will be enclosed.
