TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Messrs Harrison & Sons
Date1 February 1892
Description'Complaints of the non-delivery of Proceedings ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] have been increasing lately. Today we had no less than five complaints. Three of these were for non-delivery of No 303. A consensus like this makes it almost certain that there is something wrong in your addressing department. Are the Proceedings checked after they are addressed?
The three libraries that say they did not have No 303 are: Birmingham Central Free Library; Bolton Public Library; Birmingham Philosophical Society. Please let me know what I am to say to them'.
