|Title||Copy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Messrs Harrison & Sons|
|Date||1 February 1892|
|Description||'Complaints of the non-delivery of Proceedings ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] have been increasing lately. Today we had no less than five complaints. Three of these were for non-delivery of No 303. A consensus like this makes it almost certain that there is something wrong in your addressing department. Are the Proceedings checked after they are addressed?|
The three libraries that say they did not have No 303 are: Birmingham Central Free Library; Bolton Public Library; Birmingham Philosophical Society. Please let me know what I am to say to them'.
