The exhibit which you kindly offer for our forthcoming Soirée is accepted provisionally upon our electricians being able to provide the necessary current. I am writing to them upon this matter, and meanwhile, assuming that there will be no difficulty in this respect, I would ask you kindly to fill up and return to me the enclosed schedule.
