DescriptionIn response to Wilson's letter of 24 May to the Secretary, Rix is instructed to inform him that any discovery to be communicated to the Royal Society needs to be in a manuscript, and that if this is not by a Fellow of the Society, the manuscript needs to be endorsed with the name of a Fellow as suitable for reading at the Society's meeting.
