TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Woodward, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date29 May 1891
Description'Dear Dr Woodward,
The note about the annual contribution was only sent in answer to an inquiry from Dr [Peter Martin] Duncan himself whether it has been paid. Of course it need not trouble him now. How we shall miss him! I do not think there is any one of the Fellows whose loss I personally could more regret.
Yours ever
Herbert Rix
Asst. Secy R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
