TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to H Alabaster Galehouse & Company, Office of Electrical Review, 22, Paternoster Row, E.C.
Date10 June 1891
DescriptionRix explains that the Royal Society do not supply proof copies of their papers to any periodicals, but he believes that some papers apply to the authors for them, with the list of titles and authors' names published in Tuesday's 'Times'. He further states that the rule is that the author must have the President's permission before communicating the paper to any serial. In every case, the permission of the author and the President must be obtained prior to an editor republishing a paper read at the Society.
