We are sending the three proofs in accordance with your instruction. I beg leave, however, to remind you that the President's permission is required before any paper communicated to the Society can be published elsewhere. For "Nature", The "Electrician", and "Chemical News", the President has given a general leave to the request of the editors, but for any other journal, you shd [should] ask the President's permission to republish.
