TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to [John William Strutt] Lord Rayleigh, [Royal Society]
Date8 July 1891
Description'My Lord,
Enclosed are the two reports upon Prof. Seeeley's [Professor Harry Govier Seeley] paper. Dr [Michael] Foster says: -
"If Lord Rayleigh agrees, we might tell Seeley his paper is to be printed but he must revise press as the referee suggest, and he should curtail the Geological description on which both referees remark. But if Lord Rayleigh thinks we must wait for Commee [Committee] of Papers, I agree to that".
Will your Lordship kindly instruct me how to proceed.
Yours truly
Herbert Rix'.
