Description'Dear Sirs,
I have submitted your estimate to the Treasurer. He has only been authorised by Council to spend £20. He says that if you will do the four pictures for £20, they may be done, but if not, only the first three pictures mentioned in the estimate must be done. Kindly send for the three or four as the case may be, at your early convenience.
