TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Mott

DescriptionRix has been instructed by the Royal Society's Secretaries to send Mott an enclosed extract from the report of one of the referees of his paper. The Secretaries will order the publication of the paper in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' when the points mentioned have been attended to. If Mott is prepared to take the comments into consideration, Rix will sent the manuscript for the purpose.
