DescriptionReturns three specimen cards and answers to Pilbeam's questions, stating that Mr Lockyer was to have settled with Pilbeam about the cigars, and if he has not done so he should be reminded. He also states that two reporters from 'The Times' are attending after dinner, as well as their representative who will dine with them, and notes that they naturally need to be placed where they can hear the speeches. Pilbean is to make whatever the usual arrangements are in such cases.

Also asks that Pilbeam let him know how many people the top table will take, when the tables are set with seven 'downs'.
