TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to Oliver Heaviside, Paignton, Devon
Date26 November 1891
DescriptionFoster has received Heaviside's letter of the previous day, and regrets that he is unable to attend for admission. The Royal Society Officers will arrange for the suspension of the operation of statutes chapter one, section 13, until the 30 November, and so if Heaviside, before that day, lets Foster know the "sufficient course" for his absence and apply to the Council for an extension of time, his application will be considered.
