Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor [Edward Charles] Pickering, Foreign Member of the Royal Society |
Date | 7 May 1914 |
Description | Harrison is troubled about a letter from Pickering which [Arthur] Schuster received in March, upon which Harrison was directed to write. He has a firm impression that he did write, but cannot find any copy of the letter in the Letter Book. In case some blunder has been made, he apologises and says the substance of it was that if he would let him know the gaps which are in the set of publications 1824 to 1879 sent to the Library of Harvard Observatory, he will arrange an exchange. |
